An experienced Low Voltage Electrical Engineer to supervise all building/ areas -related activities. Candidate will be responsible for preserving the good condition of all Low Voltage Electrical Systems and ensure that all facilities are safe and well- functioning.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Plan & Direct day-to-day operations of the Project.Execute/Supervise Preventive and Corrective maintenance works of all Low Voltage Electrical and associated accessories within the entity.Review/Sign off daily job allocations and completed work orders ensuring effective utilization of resources including manpower, materials, parts, quality & quantity of service deliveries and implementation of best industry practices.Coordinate assigned purchasing functions for the area of operations complying with MAC established policies and procedures.Provide guidance & supervise troubleshooting of system failures on all types of Low Voltage Electrical equipment, when required.Provide guidance & Supervise for carrying out complex cable fault detections, insulation resistance tests and preventive maintenance shut downs of electrical systems.To be familiar in developing Maintenance Procedures or SOPs for different systems or sub-systems.Survey of equipment/facility for new facilities taking over process, preparation of snag/technical reports.Submit day’s progress summary report.Monthly review of PM/CM tasks considering KPI.Provides update report of achievement to Manager with reasons and remedial actions for any pending tasks.Prepare cost estimates for variation works when required.Gather required information for Monthly Management Report and sent to the supervisor for compilation.Implement and ensure compliance of all direct/indirect reports with companies HSQ & E.Guidance and mentoring of all direct reports.Liaise with clients, end users, suppliers & contractors as required in the execution of MAC service contracts.Attending the internal /external monthly meetings.

Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical
Foreign Language
Fluent in Arabic/English language
Computer Skills
Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
